• Custom Color Palette Change:
1. Select the Custom Color option at checkout and include your preferred color notes.
2. We will email you a digital proof for your approval before placing your order into production.
3. Color Scope: Artwork line art cannot be altered. Changes apply to overall color palettes rather than single design elements (e.g., overall color scheme shifts, not changing a single individual flower).
4. Revisions & Mockups: Custom orders include up to 2 design revisions and digital proofs. Any additional revisions beyond the first two will be billed at $10 for every 3 further changes.
5. Custom Order Terms: Custom orders are non-refundable unless damaged during transit or arriving differently from your approved design proof.

• Delivery Timeline: Approximately 20–30 days from order placement to delivery in the US.
• Sustainable Production: Each product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order. Colorthology LLC is a very small company, and making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction and protects the environment!
• Design & Craftsmanship: Hand drawn in the US by Colorthology, LLC (all rights reserved) and printed on demand by our production partners in Asia.
• Product Accuracy: Products are photographed and described as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and printing processes.
• Taxes & Customs: Please note that VAT and/or state, federal, or country taxes are the responsibility of the customer, NOT Colorthology, LLC.

📋 REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY
• Replacements: We offer a free replacement if your item arrives damaged, if the wrong product was sent, or if the artwork printed does not match your order. Please send clear photos of the issue via Etsy Messages within 7 days of delivery. Replacements are issued for the same item and size originally ordered.
• Mail carriers photograph delivered packages; items damaged after delivery are not eligible for refund nor replacement.
• Returns & Refunds: Because all items are custom produced upon ordering, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or personal preference. If an item arrives as described but is not to your liking, a refund of the original purchase price less 20% of original product cost (to cover production costs) may be offered at the sole discretion of Colorthology LLC.
