- Replacements: We offer a free replacement only if your item arrives damaged, if the wrong product was sent, or if the artwork printed does not match your order. To process a replacement, please send clear photos of the issue via Etsy Messages within 7 days of delivery. Replacements are only issued for the same item and size originally ordered
